Do cycles need to be prospectively reported within three (3) days, or three (3) business days of the cycle start date? I didn't prospectively report my cycle within 3 days of its start date - what do I do? When I try and prospectively report a cycle, it does not show up on the prospective reporting screen. I am getting an error message when I try to prospectively report. What am I doing wrong? I cannot see the fields to enter my Unique Clinic Logon and Password. What do I do? Do I need to keep entering my Unique Clinic Logon ID (username) and Password on the Prospective Reporting screen every time I wish to send a Prospective Report? When I click Submit Selected Cycle or Submit all Eligible on the prospective reporting screen, nothing happens, and/or the column next to the cycle in the prospective reporting screen titled “Can Submit” says No. Why do I not see a complete record for my Prospective Reports when I click Review Submitted Cycles?
