When I click on a link to download a file, it shows me a webpage with text that I can't understand.
 

 
Different browsers may handle links differently and try to display some files as a page instead of letting you download them. To download files, click on the link with the right mouse button. When the menu comes up, in Internet Explorer click "Save Target As"; in Netscape, click "Save Link As".
