My computer crashed and I lost all of my data. What do I do? If you do not have a backup of your data, unfortunately, you will need to re-enter all patients and cycles again. The cycle and patient numbers may not match up with your prospective reports. If you must re-enter all of your SART CORS data, please submit a letter at the next data-reporting deadline stating what happened. You can avoid losing all of your SART CORS data quite easily. Insert a blank, formatted 3.5 inch floppy diskette into your diskette drive. From the Main Menu of SART CORS, click System Maintenance, then Create Backup Data File. You will then have a complete backup of all your data on diskette. on diskette. Back |
