When I click on the SART CORS Icon, I am getting the message, “The item ‘msaccess.exe’ that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved…”
 

 
There are two possible reasons why you are receiving a message of this kind:

1. You downloaded SART CORS for users Without Access 2000, but did not install the runtime. Please make sure that you are viewing the proper instructions by visiting our Downloads page answering No when asked if you have Microsoft Access 2000 installed. The instructions that you will be provided will direct you to install the Access runtime by opening the Access RT folder and double clicking Setup.
2. You have Microsoft Access 2000 but it is installed in a folder that is not c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office. In this case, please Contact Technical Support.
