| When I try and select a patient for a cycle, the patient does not show up in the list. When I try and enter the patient as a new patient, SART CORS tells me that the patient already exists. Where is this patient?  If the patient you are trying to select was entered previous to the 1999 reporting year, they must be made 1999 compliant by entering additional required fields. Go to the Main Menu, and click Patient Information. If the patient is in the system, you will find her here. Double click the patient, and click Save. You will be prompted to enter additional information. Once you successfully click Save and you return to the Patient Information screen, the patient will be available for selection in a new cycle.
