The SART CORS ART Data Reporting Instructions provide step-by-step directions on using SART CORS to collect ART data as well as definitions for all data collection fields. An earlier version of this Instruction Package was sent with all clinic's initial CD-ROM Install package. The Data Collection Forms are paper forms of the SART CORS screens.
